Windows 10 operating system has some features allow us to some specific tasks easy, here I explained some of them might help you out.
1. Disable Apps not needed Running in Background
There are apps running in the background which can’t see them on the taskbar, these apps consume your system resources CPU and RAM can potentially slow down your PC performance, there is a way in windows 10 to stop these apps
go to settings and click on Privacy and then background apps. In case if you need any app you can choose or completely disable all the apps running in the background.
2. Run Commands from file Explorer
Windows 10 O.S has a feature to enable you can any command from file explorer, you can run shell commands directly from file explorer, you need to enter the command in the address bar and hit enter to get it. Here is the screenshot to open CMD prompt.
3. Disable Windows Update
If you are afraid of your applications and want to manual run windows updates for every month, then you can disable window updates feature, here are the steps.
Just Expand Windows Components, and then click on Windows Update. In the right pane, again right-click on Remove access to use all Windows Update Features, and then click on Properties. Click Disabled, click Apply, and click OK that’s it.
4. Search Apps in without search box
If you have a lot of applications installed and sometimes it is difficult to find or for a specific application, windows 10 has a feature to search application, click on start menu you and start typing your application name your looking for and then you can find and launch your application.
4. Find your Windows 10 Expiry date
If you want to find the expiry date of your windows 10 machine then there is a command available winver, just open run window and type this command to get the expiry date.
5. Steps Recorder Tool
This tool is very useful when you want to record screen steps, you can record it and make it useful for others. The shortcut key to open the steps recorder is just type “psr” without quotes.
