How To Switch Yahoo Mail To Basic | Full Mode To Basic Version

Switch yahoo mail to basic version easily, here are the simple steps one can go back and use the classic or basic yahoo mailbox.

Yahoo mail has been upgraded to a newer version which has some rich features, however, you wish to continue using the older or basic version then one can easily which to basic mode, generally, this basic view works faster I any browser and even there is a less network bandwidth available, in the backend it uses the simple HTML to makes the operations much faster.

This something user choice, the full version of yahoo mail window has features like personalized themes, stationery, inline image attachments, yahoo messenger. Yahoo has an inbuilt feature to detect the slow bandwidth networks, screen resolution issues, and other issues it will auto-enable the basic version.

Steps:

1. login to yahoo mail, mail.yahoo.com.

2. click on setting option on the top right side of the  pane

3. click on the switch to classic mail option to enable the feature.

Remember your preference will be saved and when you log in to yahoo main next time the classic mode will be available as default.

Switchback From Basic Yahoo Mail to Full Mode

When you no need to use the classic yahoo main and  Switchback to the newest Yahoo Mail then simply click on the link in the upper-right corner of the Basic Mail screen or you will find another option bottom left side pane, please see the screenshots below.
