Patta is a land revenue record which indicates the title and ownership of land. The Patta Register is maintained at Taluk office and contains ownership details of all Land holdings.
Chitta is an extract from Patta register that provides ownership details of land that belong to a candidate. This Patta/ Chitta extract contains information like Village, Taluk, District, Land Owner’s name with Father’s name, Patta number, Survey Number with sub-division details.
